Pricing Information
My Event Photography Service begins at $250.00 / hr
(Minimum Coverage begins from $500)

Curated Photo Gallery: A complete, hand-edited online gallery with all the best moments during the event - ready to view, download, and share.

For larger events with multiple areas of activity or a high guest count, an additional photographer ensures more comprehensive coverage.
This allows us to capture simultaneous moments, wider guest interactions, and key happenings without missing a beat. -
If you require an entire gallery to be delivered over night, I recommend adding this service in advance.

All usage rights are included in your rate — no separate licensing fees. Once delivered, your images are yours to use across marketing, social media, press, and internal purposes.

Yes, I do. I’m based in NYC but happy to travel for events regionally or internationally. Travel fees will be discussed and confirmed during booking.

A 50% deposit is due upon signing, with the remaining 50% due two weeks before the event — this applies to both personal and corporate bookings.
I'm also happy to accommodate a company's standard payout policy for corporate clients. Please note that unpaid balances are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee, beginning after a 5-day grace period. As a solo operator, I don't have the resources to personally remind clients as late fees accrue — I'd encourage keeping your due date in mind to avoid any surprises.
